Payment Terms & Conditions

Nature’s Symphony Safaris

Our payment terms and conditions are designed to provide a clear, secure,
and transparent booking process for every guest planning a safari adventure
with Nature’s Symphony Safaris.

1. Booking Confirmation

After agreeing on the final itinerary, a
25% - 40% deposit of the total safari cost is required
to confirm your booking.

This deposit allows us to secure accommodations, domestic flights, and
other essential travel services that require advance payment before
availability changes.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining 75% balance can be completed upon arrival
by cash payment or through a secure online payment system with a
3.5% credit card processing charge.

For last-minute bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment
will be required at the time of confirmation.

3. Payment Methods

We provide secure and convenient payment options for your safari booking:

All transaction fees must be covered by the client to ensure the full
quoted amount is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before safari start:
  Full refund less USD 100 administration fee.
• 30–59 days before safari start:
  50% of the total safari cost refunded.
• 15–29 days before safari start:
  25% of the total safari cost refunded.
• Less than 15 days or no-show:
  Non-refundable.

Certain third-party services, including lodges, flights, and other travel
providers, may have their own non-refundable policies.

5. Booking Amendments

Date changes or itinerary modifications can be accommodated whenever
possible, subject to availability and the conditions of our service
providers.

6. Insurance

All guests are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel and medical
insurance covering their entire journey from their home country to Tanzania,
including emergency medical situations.

7. Liability

Nature’s Symphony Safaris acts as an intermediary between guests and
various service providers involved in travel arrangements, including
hotels, airlines, and transport partners.

While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be held responsible for
circumstances beyond our control, including flight delays, cancellations,
loss of personal property, injury, or disruptions caused by third-party
providers.

However, our dedicated team will always make every effort to assist you
with practical solutions and alternative arrangements whenever possible,
ensuring your safari experience remains smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable.

8. Acceptance

By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and accepted these Payment Terms & Conditions.
